Custom Orders

Custom and tiered cakes require a minimum of 48–72 hours’ notice. For large or highly detailed custom orders, our team may contact you to confirm design specifications before processing.

Bulk & Corporate Orders

For bulk orders, corporate gifting, or event requirements, please contact us directly at support@delhicakes.com at least 5–7 days in advance for planning and pricing.

Pricing

All prices displayed on DelhiCakes.com are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but the price confirmed at the time of your order will remain fixed for that transaction.

Delivery Charges

We offer free delivery on all orders across Delhi NCR, with no minimum order value required.

Payment Methods

Payment Failures

In the event of a payment failure, please check with your bank before retrying. If your account has been debited but the order was not confirmed, please contact us within 24 hours and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Delivery Area

We deliver exclusively across Delhi NCR, including Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad, and Ghaziabad. Serviceability can be verified using the pin code checker at checkout.

Same-Day Delivery

We offer same-day delivery on orders placed before 08 PM. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be scheduled for the next day or your chosen delivery date.

Delivery Time Slots

Choose from the following time slots at checkout:

While we strive to deliver within your chosen slot, minor delays due to traffic or weather may occasionally occur. Our delivery team will keep you informed.

Free Delivery

Standard Delivery is completely free on all orders, with no hidden charges or minimum order requirements.

Failed Delivery

If our delivery agent is unable to reach the recipient:

• We will attempt to contact the buyer and/or recipient via phone.
• A re-delivery attempt will be made within the same day, subject to slot availability.
• DelhiCakes.com is not responsible for quality deterioration resulting from recipient unavailability.

Order Tracking

A real-time tracking link will be sent to your registered mobile number via SMS/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

Cakes

Custom and tiered cakes require cancellation at least 72 hours in advance.

Flowers

Chocolates & Hampers

To cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@delhicakes.com or via WhatsApp with your Order ID.

Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds or replacements are offered when:

• The order was cancelled within the eligible window.
• The product delivered was significantly different from what was ordered.
• The product arrived damaged or spoiled due to our error.
• The order was not delivered due to a fault on our part.

Non-Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Subjective dissatisfaction with taste or flavour.
• Minor variations in design or arrangement (handcrafted products).
• Damage after delivery due to improper handling or storage by the recipient.
• Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer.
• Recipient unavailability leading to spoilage.
• Cancellations outside the eligible window.

Raising a Complaint

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order:

1. Photograph the product immediately upon receipt.
2. Contact us within 2 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email with your Order ID and photos.
3. Our team will respond within 24 hours with a resolution.

Refund Processing
