We deliver across the Delhi NCR region, including:

We proudly offer same-day delivery across Delhi NCR — because we know birthdays, anniversaries, and cravings don’t always wait!

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered the following day or on your chosen scheduled date.
  • For custom and tiered cakes, we request a minimum of 48–72 hours’ notice to ensure the best craftsmanship and freshness.

Tip: During festive seasons (Diwali, Valentine’s Day, Holi, Christmas, etc.), we recommend placing your order 2–3 days in advance to secure your preferred delivery slot.

Great news — delivery is completely FREE on all orders, regardless of order value or delivery location within Delhi NCR. No hidden fees, no surprises at checkout. What you see is what you pay.

We do our best to deliver within your selected slot. In rare cases involving heavy traffic or weather conditions, our delivery partner will notify you via SMS or WhatsApp.

As soon as your order is out for delivery, you’ll receive a real-time tracking link on your registered mobile number via SMS/WhatsApp so you always know where your cake is.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. If our delivery agent is unable to reach you:

  • We will call your registered number.
  • If unreachable, a re-delivery attempt will be made within the same day, subject to slot availability.
  • DelhiCakes.com is not responsible for quality concerns arising from delays caused by recipient unavailability.

All our products are packed in food-safe, sturdy packaging designed to keep your cakes fresh and intact during transit. Special cakes such as multi-tiered or fondant cakes are packed with extra protective care at no additional cost.

We take quality very seriously. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Photograph the product immediately upon receipt.
  2. Contact us within 2 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.

We will review and offer a replacement or store credit promptly. Please note that cash refunds are not applicable for perishable food items unless the fault is entirely ours.
